Evans is an investment banker professional with extensive knowledge of Ghana’s financial market with several years of experience in business development, financial management, corporate finance and investment advisory. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Accounting Option) and Diploma in Business Administration (Management Option) both from Central University, He also holds Executive certificate in Pension Fund Management from Africa University College of Communication Studies, Investment Advisory from Ghana Stock Exchange, ISACA Certification programme and Financial Modeling from Index Cap.
Evans has spent over 10 years leading in businesses with a significant history at building and leading teams, with a focus on Financial Advisory. he has held various leadership positions in the investment industry including Asset management, Research and Development and Commercialization where he oversaw product development for several major programs
He has demonstrated an ability to form and build successful teams and has built a network of connections at top levels of government and the private sector in for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Dr. Richmond Akwasi Atuahene

Dr. Atuahene is a motivated individual with good interpersonal, communication and information management and organization skills with over 30 years in the banking sector; he is a professional bank, a lecture and well renowned economies both Ghana and Europe. He holds PhD. (doctorate) with specialization in corporate governance and financial performance from University of Bradford UK, MBA in Finance, Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance, ACIB, Associate Member of Institute of Financial Services UK (ACIB) and Fellow Member Institute of Bankers Ghana (FCIB).
Dr. Atuahene has published international trade finance book wildly used in Ghana and the ECOWAS sub-region. He was the Head of Risk Management and later became Head of credit administration for over 15 years and rose to become Executive Director at First Atlantic Bank, He also held various senior positions in the following banks: SG-SSB Bank and National Investment Bank in various department and divisions and became a board members of Universal Merchant Bank (UBM). He is the immediate part Academic Dean and Director of Banking Operations at The National Banking College, Accra.He has extensive experience in banking in the areas of corporate governance, risk management, Credit risk, Credit administration, internal control systems and Banking operations
Dr. Dr. Francis Mensah Sasraku is a new institutional economist and an energy expert. He is also a professional banker and with over 25 years of experience in the banking sector and holds the chartered banking qualification, the ACIB –UK, where he specialized in retail and corporate and institutional banking. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA), a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). In addition, he is a professional and an Associate Marketer with a post-graduate diploma in marketing (Dip M., ACIM–UK) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He holds a degree in Economics, an MBA from the Oxford Institute of International Finance (Oxford Brookes University -UK). He holds a PhD with specialization in Energy Law and Policy and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Petroleum Law and Policy (Dundee University) where he passed with distinction. He in addition, holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Degree from the School of Management and Law, University of Bradford in the UK where he specialized in Banking Risks and Regulations.
Dr. Dr. Sasraku was the Head of Marketing Division for GCB (Ghana Ltd). Prior to that, he was a management trainee in Treasury Management at Raiffeissen Gmbh in Germany. He has a wide experience in manufacturing and served as a Quality Controller in Fluh Drehtechnik also in Germany. He later joined KPMG as a Management Consultant before joining GCB (Ghana Ltd). He is also an Adjunct Consultant for KPMG on Bank Risk Management and the Emerging Basel II/III and Corporate Governance Implementation in Ghana.
He is now the Principal Consultant and Head of Risk Management and Banking Regulation Faculty at the National Banking College, Accra and serves as the Chief Examiner for the Chartered Institute of Bankers’ Corporate Governance paper. He served and advises on board issues for many financial institutions both in Ghana and abroad.
He has applied his experience in Bank Management, Risks Administration and Enforcement, Credit, Treasury, Systems, Project Financing, Marketing, Operations, Corporate Reporting, auditing and his in –depth knowledge in some other key sectors such as manufacturing and energy into his capacity building activities. He lectures at the post-graduate level and has trained staff of banks in Ghana and in the West African sub-region.
His publications are in Energy Risks, Energy Project Financing and Energy Policy Issues. His recent publication is on how culture affects management performance and risk taking in developing countries
